Meet Dean
Hi, I’m Dean Zusmer. For more than two decades, I worked as a chiropractic physician in the personal injury space, helping thousands of people navigate the challenges that follow an accident.
That experience taught me that injured people often need more than information. They need someone who will listen, explain what comes next, and connect them with trusted resources.
Today, I serve as Director of Growth & Partnerships at OneCallLegal and as the founder, spokesperson, and brand ambassador of 305-INJURED. I created Mr. 305-INJURED, a personal platform built around guidance, relationships, recovery, personal growth, and honest conversation.
I believe the right conversation can change everything.
Meet Crystal
Crystal Zusmer is the Owner & CEO of 305-INJURED LLC and the voice behind Mrs. 305-INJURED. A graduate of East Carolina University with a background in marketing and public relations, she spent decades working alongside Dean while serving as a compassionate patient advocate.
Her hands-on experience helping injured individuals and their families has given her a deep understanding of recovery, trusted care, and the importance of making people feel informed and supported.
Today, Crystal helps build 305-INJURED as a trusted South Florida injury brand focused on guidance, recovery, community, and compassionate support.
On a more personal note, Crystal and Dean love spending family time with their Boston Terrier, Emerson. 🐾
